研究领域与成果
研究方向聚焦在园艺作物与有害生物的功能基因组学和表观转录调控、天然产物的生物合成途径与异源合成、作物病原真菌侵染的化学生物学机制等前沿科学技术问题,以及相关实验计算方法的开发和数据库的搭建,为作物分子育种、食品安全、制药等领域提供理论和技术支撑。研究内容包括三个方面:
1. 作物基因组学与多组学:开展园艺作物的结构、功能和进化基因组学研究,深度挖掘作物多组学数据,鉴定作物优良性状基因,指导分子设计育种;
2. 植物天然产物的生物合成:研究药用植物重要天然活性产物的生物合成途径、调控机制、生物制造;
3. 植物-微生物互作的化学生物学:研究植物病原真菌次生代谢基因簇的功能和调控机制,指导作物真菌病害防治。
研究成果已发表SCI论文36篇,以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Science、PNAS、Nature Communications、New Phytologist、Horticulture Research等多个国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文20篇,参与编写专著3部,申请获批国家发明专利5项;研究成果被Nature, Science, Cell等国际著名期刊引用过百次;主持国家自然科学基金委面上项目、青年项目、国家人社部高层次留学回国人员资助项目,以课题骨干身份参与国家重点研发项目子课题1项;为多个国际权威期刊审稿150余次,被评为2022年度中国科技期刊卓越行动计划优秀审稿人。
